This game does not fit on my screen. It does not show the left side and the bottom is cut off, can not access the menu on the bottom. Please help

Old thread, but maybe someone finds this helpful:

Try setting the screen scaling to 100%

In Windows 10:
Open Settings
Click on System
Click on Display
In the section "Scale and layout" select the option "100%"

Start the game and it should display fine in fullscreen.

A way to fix this sort of problem without changing the setting for windows as a whole is to go to the games exe, right click and properties, compatibility settings, and change high DPI settings, then at the bottom is high DPI settings override, checking it and selecting either Application or System (Enhanced) will usually fix it, as that basically turns off windows scaling just for that exe (or pretends to the application that scaling is not in use stopping it messing it up in some way).
