Cannot download custom maps and missing weapon files - UO multiplayer

Multiplayer works fine on stock maps like Sicily and Italy. But for custom maps, it says cannot find that map, but it doesn't attempt to download it. Also, on some servers, it will say a specific weapon file is missing.

Any solutions to these issues?

Thanks that resolved the maps issue - but I'm still getting the weapon file error on some servers

Some mods conflict with others while sitting in your file folder even if they both aren't active, and in some cases 2 servers will have 2 different versions of the same mod. Sometimes you have to remove your mod .pk3s and let it just download the files you need for the single server.

For example, the GS server has their mods packed into 10-ish .pk3 files. If you previously had a file from LW's server that is ALSO in the GS .pk3 then it may give an error and not let you connect.

Most of my problems resolved when I enabled downloading in the multiplayer options.
