Having said that, these are the files from my Call of Duty/uo/ folder that aren't customs (taking a screenshot would show the billion additional files downloaded off multiplayer servers, which you would not want :P ) and these are all from the disc version too, english install.

But again, it would probably be way more stable to just copy the entire Call of Duty folder since IIRC it reads from CoD's "main" directory .pk3 files too.
