What's the "Record Time" in Skid Marks?
I've managed to finish it in about 9.5 seconds, but not gotten the achievement. I've not been able to get faster than that.

Using The Wedge, all turbo pads, fastest startup with the least about of skid possible.

9.464 isn't fast enough, but I keep on trying
...
9.138 achieved by hanging at the rear of the car to get better grip to the rear tires, but it isn't fast enough

must be some trick to it
all turbo pads and full throttle wont work with the wedge

faster than 9.415

still trying :\ sweet spot for the wedge seems to be about on the end of the O in DISMOUNT

I got it!
9.125
I hung at the rear of the car
acceleration at themiddle of the 2nd 'E' of reset
I got the achievement now

you also have to get lucky. your car will randomly swerve a bit to try and stabilize. i could get .141 in one run and .278 on the exact same throttle. less swerve = better time

Getting so damn close. It's just luck of the draw now.

got it too and it was at the end of the second e of reset also hanging at the end of the car

I got 9.133 and didn't get it?! :(

EDIT: Just got it with 9.128.
