First of all I wanna make clear that this is not a bad game, it's an all right soft horror game with a heavy focus on puzzles.
However considering the review score on steam was 100% until that point, I don't think this game is that good, and especially as a survival horror game which the store page calls it, it fails in my opinion because of the following reasons:

-opening door cutscenes (just like in RE1) are so annoying, I feel like half of my game time was watching those
-you start with a lot of ammo for your "gun" but then don't find any more ammo during the game
-barely contains combat, more puzzle focused
-all (regular) enemies die from one shot
-when you get hurt by regular enemies, you can simply save in a save room, return to menu and reload the save which then for some reason heals you back to 100% hp
-only 1 save slot, also because of that and because the game overwrites your save file at a point where you already made your choice, you have to play through the game at least 2 times to get all endings (which is isn't a big deal though as the game is quite short)
-2 boss enemies roam around the entire map which insta kill you on contact, one is unkillable and one takes a lot of shots to be killed
