thanks, sorry for ignorance in this matter
They will work fine, specially since GamersGate is a legit store. Just because a game is removed from Steam doesn't mean that keys magically stop working. It's technically possible for the developer to revoke keys, but normally it would only revoke the non-bought keys.
Selling Steam keys on a legit third-party store usually works in one of two ways:
- The store buys keys from the developer and resells them to the customers.
- The store borrows keys from the developer, sells them to the customers, pays to the developer the sold keys and returns the unsold ones, which are the one which might be revoked.
In both cases, as GamersGate is legit, revoking the key would become unfair as soon as someone (the store or you, whoever) has paid for it.
Those were the "Canyons" and "Vehicle Pack 01" dlcs, right?
I'm not very knowledgeable about this, but maybe you can add them frrom SteamDB.

https://steamdb.info/app/1346080/
On each of these urls there is a green "Install" button on the top right of the site that tells Steam to download the game/dlc/whatever, previously adding it to your account if it's free.
In this case, as you have the base game but the dlcs themselves have been removed, I don't know if it will work.
Has anyone tried this and did it work?
FYI for anyone who's interested: along with the base game, Steam keys for all of the paid DLCs, except for China Adventures, are on sale for a few more days at Fanatical.com. I picked up China Adventures at GamersGate.com. Both sites are legit key resellers (not "gray market" sites).

Edit:
Some other guide stated that SteamDB install button wouldn't work in Chrome browser.
Also Steamstore buttons use the "run" command:
steam://run/1148580
steam://run/1346080
I've a recollection that someone this year uploaded on the workshop the free 2 DLC.
There was also a thread about it but I forgot the thread name.
Edit: Ok I think was this one.
