Black Payback REV second item
Anyone else having an issue with it? I've already did the missions twice, cutting off the body from the boss' back but I'm not getting anything.

I booted the game again once I had a checkpoint at the start of his transformed form, I then got the last item even though I died once in one of my attempts. Strange.

Also having the same issue in Bind Break.

Pretty sure it's tied to casualty count, cuz I've done a rerun of both missions getting 0 on Black Payback and 19 on Bind Break and got both items.
