Engine.ini config where is it
As with most UE game you can edit the Engine.ini for personal tastes. I always make sure to add in a disable vignette option if possible on all games. This game however has no Engine.ini that I can find, every config file is named differently for some reason in the yks/saved/config/windows folder. Anyone have any idea what the Engine.ini is named in this case?

Check here:

C:\Users\ *Your User Name here* \AppData\Local\YKS\Saved\Config\Windows

I see some .ini files there (differently named, though). You can also find save game files nearby.

For me all those were empty when opening them with the txt editor. Would love to get better shader cache implementation

That's the issue. As the other poster said, they're empty, also named differently than usual.

I was surprised to see the weird files structure in AppData\Local\YKS\Saved\Config\Windows.
