There are two versions of the game, one for Asia and one for other regions.

The global version is bigger, does it mean mosaic or something?

Nah the japanese store has other regulations so it common for games to have two different depot for the asian market.

For Global Version (Sub ID 945630), depot 2631251 is 26.20 GiB, 203 files.
For Asian Version (Sub ID 1053457), depot 2631252 is 26.19 GiB, 199 files.

Let me take a closer look at the differences...

Sometimes another SKU is needed to hide it.

After researching I believe the Asian version is the censored version.

They need another SKU for Japan if it's CERO-specific change. It's something else.
