Whats the DLC/extra content?

Why is the DLC blocked in Germany?

Maybe because of the settings you set? (And not tied to being in Germany.) I had to unblock "Adult content" for the store under my steam user settings to see the DLC.

Like Dante Uchiha mentioned above, it could be because of sexual content/explicit gore or something.

Yes that's the case...annoying thing is in Germany you CAN'T see/get Adult content. For the same reason, I had to get Fear and Hunger...differently.
Basically Germany has a Law that says you have to verify your Age if you want to buy Adult Content and since Steam doesn't want to provide such a Feature they simply Ban everything in that regard.

It seems uncensored, at least in the early game, you can see a Hooker doing it with someone, and you can see hear breasts, and from the violence, you can see blood and beheading. It doesn't seem like anything was censored

I just realized the soundtrack is an actual steam soundtrack, the 'artbook' part of the name made me think it was one of those Unity apps. Great!

@devs please unlock the extra DLC content for Germany. You can’t buy it from Germany. But it is weird that you can buy it from PlayStation Store but not Steam.
