So in BS1 the boxers went up 1 potential star when you went up one "division". How does this work in BS2. I had one boxer go up from 2 to 3 stars. This happened when he leveled to around 15. But I have had other boxers go up to level 22 without getting more potential. And they don't get more potential when moving up the divisions. The only one who has gotten increased potential is the old guy I started with. Is it random? How does it work?...

I have a 36 year old and a 30 year old boxer who both have a grey bar which shows they should be able to gain stamina. The 36 year old was at something like 44 stamina, then lost stamina and can't regain it even though there is a gray bar. The 30 year old is stuck moving up stamina and can't achieve the last gray bar. Both are stuck at 36 stamina. Anyone have an idea why? Thanks for any assistance provided....

By the end of the game, I've amassed a fortune, got top ranked boxers and want to work on a new guy upcoming. The current recruiting system doesn't play well here. It might be fine for early on, but late game it's a chore. I'm constantly save scumming for a boxer I want, ie, a 5 star counter puncher with a talent. My suggestion would be some kind of front desk option, late game where you can tell your team that you want a 5 or whatever star talent type fighter, with special talent. It might take a while, b...
