First issue is with Brand Design.

I can't seem to get anything to upload. I know for a fact this is a game issue and not a problem on my computer as I upload to youtube on regularly. Perhaps an issue with the PC platform.

Second issue is with my avatar. I've tried taking a photo as I have nothing else unlocked and I'm sick of seeing Plain Jane at level 27, so I'd really like to see this fixed. The screen for confirming this is saying I have 5/5 attempts at this but it won't even let it happen AT ALL.


Would really like to see these fixed as they are some pretty core aspects to a community game, and the Brand Design uploads are a task on the newbie daily list of tasks.

I'm having the same issue and now that I've unlocked the pets my pet is not saving

Same its really frustrating, I don't know if this is an issue with the platform or server but either way I hope they manage to fix this issue soon as not being able to do these really holds you back from fully enjoying the game.

Same issue I'm having. Especially when it comes to doing stories and having to dress the avatar. The new items I receive take forever to load and show on the screen....I'll be trying to complete the story for yearsssss this way

Seems to happen a lot on OOTD and vvanna posts. Have to try a few times before it uploads.

yep, ootd doesnt work, pets wont upload either, vvanna community wont open up despite everything else working fine, I hope the issue gets fixed
