I'm sorry to say but these puzzles are absolutely awful. How long are these supposed to take, I'm sat on a stone button waiting almost up to a minute per one for it to rotate, how am I even supposed to trial and understand what I'm solving. I just want to go up, but I'm being gatekeeped by this once again god awful mechanic. Is there something I'm missing when solving this? Is there a pay to win mechanic where this puzzle becomes solvable?...

At 70 metres up, there is a hut and I'm unable to jump on top? There is also a plate on the same level that praises you for making it halfway up.
