How to solve: "Could not resolve host"
You need to run the game as administrator.
In order to do that, you have to:
1) Right click on the game at Steam Library
2) Select "Properties"
3) Select "Local files"
4) Select "Game File Location" (1st option)

Now it will show where the executable is. It is called "disasm".
5) Right click on the executable
6) Select "Run the game as administrator"

Maybe you only have to do this when you installed the game or when it updates.
