Downloading all the Models

I'm New to the game, I saw a friend playing it and was curious, I had a little trouble getting the game to start but when I did I was quite please and impressed by the level of detail that I've seen, that being said...
I wanted to know if there is a way to download the various models and info files ahead of time, I don't have a very solid internet connection and am sometimes stuck offline for days at a time, and find it a bit frustrating that everytime I go to unlock a new gun it has to download it right then and there, I'd much rather download them all in one shot and not have to worry about downloading anything but whatever is newly released.

Would you post the link for this? I would like to get this for my brother to use while he's out at sea. I want to be able to purchase and download all of the DLC prior to shipping out.
