Can't Launch the game (Bug)

When I launch the game executable it always shows this error [prnt.sc] I have no idea what the issue is. When I was playing my top scores wouldn't register despite beating the time, after which I closed the game and relaunched it, and it never worked again.

Also been having issues. I keep getting a dialogue box during startup saying:

Failed to authenticate Steam user.

Error code: *** no reply from Steam
