Doesn't work in offline mode?

It says it's single player and there's no other DRM listed, so why does it want to connect to a server?
Will it still require Steam to be online even after I buy DLC?
Does it need to be a constant connection?
Will it kick me out if I disconnect after I start it?

When I see disk space requirement, I wonder if the most of files are stored online and streamed on demand.

Leaderboards etc, and you have to download each weapon model the first time you access them. If you disconnect while ingame, you won't be able to save your scores etc...

World of Guns for Steam requires internet connection.
If you need offline mode -- check Gun Disassembly 2 on noble-empire.com
It's previous version of the game, with all guns but without some features.
Please note -- if you'll purchase Guns Lifetime DLC in the Steam version -- we'll unlock same lifetime in the GD2 for PC/Mac/iOS/Android.

I bought the Guns Lifetime DLC... how can i get this unlocked for GD2?

I refunded this game after I know that I must online everytime to play. Even on guns that I've already downloaded. I Hate this is unnecessary practice. Looks like developer didn't trust me as a customer thus verifying every time I play this game. Sorry
