For a start as you have done all the previous modes you are used to the parts sequence. But you also have to recognize which other parts are free to move at the same time.
As with all modes, switch off auto-focus and animation acceleration.
Take your time, you can do this mode as slowly as you like to get the achievement as long as, at one point, you have 3 parts activated at once. So... go through the model and look for one point where you can use relatively long animation parts to do this, so the first is still running by the time you click on the third. Try changing the angles if that helps so the parts aren't so far apart on the screen, hold down Ctrl so your mouse doesn't cause the model to shift. Once you have the counter in the corner showing 3 you can just go on with clicking single parts if you want. The more you do it, the more confident you will get doing multiple parts in succession, but watch out for those animations that don't allow anything else to be done at the same time, usually the mag and actions, but different guns have their quirks.

Good Luck. Hope this helps :)

EDIT:
The Tec-9 is a bit of an awkward one to get the 3 activations.

well...i don't have auto-focus and animation acceleration. I don't understand how 3 parts activated at once. So do you mean that all 3 parts connected to each other as 1 and i only press once to activate the whole "main" unit?

For example, on the Tec-9:
Individually take off the mag, the separator pin, and the upper as you normally do.. you can't activate anything else whist these are going on no matter what as with most guns. Take off the mag release pin and catch. The first opportunity has now presented itself for multiple activation.
Position the camera directly at the rear and above left (not necessary when you get used to it, but for clarity). You can click on the mag internals, the top retaining pin on the receiver, and the retaining cap of the bolt carrier. These can all be clicked as fast as possible allowing all three activations to be going on at the same time on the screen. This is what you need to get the achievement.
Some guns are awkward and don't present many chances for multiple activations, the Tec-9 is one. Some guns have so many things that can be done at once it gets crazy if you're fast enough, but the quicker you go the more likely you'll misclick and fail the achievement. So I suggest to do it slowly first to get the Hardcore, then go back and have fun clicking like crazy to see what you can do without worrying about mistakes.

Good Luck :)

No, follow the example I gave for the Tec-9, take it slowly. You only have to do the three fast clicks once in the mode, so carefully line up the model as suggested to get the mouse moves as close together as possible. When you re-assemble you don't have to fast click in reverse, just take it slow.

Good Luck :)
