Account Reset?
Hi, i havnt beeon this for quite some time. I just decided to go on it again and it is acting as if it is my first time on it. Was there some big reset, or is it a bug? Even the achivements are reset. It shows i have over 12 hours in it so i know i didnt dream it haha

There are no bugs or global resets to my knowledge, but as far as I know, accounts are deleted if they seem to be dead, which has most likely happened to yours. I'm not 100% sure, but I have in mind that the conditions for an account to be marked as dead are a certain amount of time without any login and not having bought anything. Does this apply to you?

That might be it then. Is there a way to see when i was last on it, before this time i just played recently of course.

Please, run the game and go to Company > Terms of Use
And check why your acccount progress could be reseted.

Same thing happened to me, I step away for a while and come back to "We know you already put in some time and had several models unlocked but now you get to start over. Or....you could just give us money!"

What a crap TOS. Short story is unless you have shelled out actual money or put in 50+ hours this company can, at any time, just wipe out your account. There is no way this is any sort of space or resource saving measure.

Its a cash grab.

It takes a few minutes, if that, to sign up for the newsletter and then they will never delete your account. I know, so time consuming and cost me an arm and a leg.

No, but it will prevent your account to be deleted, if you stop playing for a while again.

It's the most simple solution without having to pay anything or spend tons of hours in-game.

Don't worry, I know the feeling. (I played a lot before the first reset, but seems like it wasn't enough XD) In fact, lost everything to a reset, 2 times now. Only the second time I realized there was an "inactive account" policy. Normally, I play a game, stop when I'm bored of it and come back in a later date, but got surprised here.


Anyway, if you really like the game, you can do that. Or any of the other criteria of the policy.

POLICY TOWARDS INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Your account (which consists of unlocked content, high scores, achievements, friends list, settings, screen name, associated email etc.) <b>will never be deleted for inactivity — if at least ONE of the following criteria is met:</b>

* You completed one or more in-app purchases.
* You bought at least one World of Guns Pack(DLC).
* You listed 50 or more hours of playtime in World of Guns.
* You launched the game at least once in the last 8 months.
* You have unlocked 20 or more models.
* You have subscribed to our newsletter.

Otherwise, Noble Empire reserves the right to delete inactive accounts that have failed to meet all of the listed criteria.

Noble Empire also reserves the right to alter, suspend or delete accounts that have gravely violated these Terms of Service.
