Thank you for the advice.
For weapons its always stronger to stack multiple effects that boost each other like
100% weakness to magic for X seconds (1 for daggers, 2-3 for others)
100% weakness to element of your choice (same as above)
Element of choice matching above for X seconds (same as above)
This is because it consumes vastly less charges to do weaknesses at 100% for a few seconds then it is to crank up pure damage but doing so stacking both magic and element weakness will quadruple the damage output.
(Same also applies to spell crafting and damage from spells, it consumes a lot less magic to stack effects this way)
