Only real problem is the inability to use racemenu without disabling achievements so that you could change your face/hair mid-game. They could've added a face sculptor like the one in Skyrim.

Especially since the starting cells lighting doesnt even closely show colors correctly. So you dont really know what you're getting with hair or skin until afterwards.

There's a mod for that, at least.

While the standard edition did not, the Skyrim Special Edition does have the earliest version of this. It will disable all achievements if it detects you using a mod that wasn't purchased in their in-game store. I believe this is also the case with Fallout 4 because Bethesda REALLY wants to monetise mods. The Oblivion Remake, however, doesn't disable achievements if you mod it, so there's that.

But hey, there's also a mod for the games that disable the achievo disabler activating from having mod.

only a problem if you care to have a showcase of achievements on your profile.
