You have the UE5 Content (Which is Virtisous, and it causing the bad optimization issues and huge size for Eye Candy)
then you have Bethseda's Old Engine Leftovers. (OG Oblivion.)
Bethseda has never used UE5 for any of thier TES Games, FO Games, Or Starfield.
meaning they cant really patch anything they dont know about.
and on the store page, its shared Developers.
