To me all of this feels like a cash grab.
Lets just not buy games without localisation. If devs dont want to deliver a completed game it is not the communities fault.
Bethesda generally has problems with localizations, only 9-10 localization for large games like Starfield is just not enough for such projects
Go make GPT voice.
The fact is that many companies, including those owned by Bethesda, are quietly making games in Russian, ID have even released Doom Dark Ages with voice acting
