I believe the word you're looking for is "milliard".
In the long scale of powers of ten, the value would be "$7.5 millard".
In the short scale of powers of ten, the value would be "$7.5 billion".
In scientific notation, the value vould be "$7.5 * 10^9".
Or you could say, "$7,500 million".

As for your "FACTS", I believe the right word would be "OPINION". Just sayin'.
While I agree that Bethesda hasn't put out a good game since Skyrim. That's just my opinion. Some people really like Starfield or for some unknown reasons like FO76. I think one thing that we can all agree on though is that Bethesda is not the same game studio that it was before.
