How do I use cloud saves on Steam with a different pc?

I have a desktop at home but am away for work. My wife usually plays on her Steam Account on my gaming laptop but because I am away, I took the laptop. I put her Steam account on my PC along with mine but when she loads up Oblivion... her save file doesn't pull over from the cloud.

Any ideas?
