Performance is terrible.
Insane how it's been a month and there is STILL no patch for this POS game. At that point I don't think we will ever get a patch. They took our money and now they don't care to release a single patch for this soulless cash grab.

Patch is comming soon and it's not a cash grab at all but a solid remaster of one of the best RPGs of 2000s.
I feel absolutely ripped off, I have 15+ hours on it but that was from me spending so much time trying to optimize it with mods... My specs:
GPU: RX7600 8GB VRAM
CPU: RYZEN 5 7600
RAM: 32GB

Yeah it's nothing fancy but it shouldn't be running this horrible and I feel like I wasted money... The game crashes aren't a concern because even the OG Oblivion even on console had random crashes, that was normal at the time lol but the performance is a concern... They could've used the CryEngine tbh

Most games update like a few days after day one release pretty fast, there's a LITANY of bugs from really goofy niche things to incredibly annoying 1st person camera bugs. I hope you're right.

Of course i'm not always right but i REALLY hope the patch is on its way ! Don't lose hope.
It is a quick grab cash, i don't think we will see a patch.
Thank Microsoft/Xbox for the rip off.
Hope the people responsible lost all their money one day, that would be fun. it's unlikely, cause rich pos tend to stay rich, but it would be sweet.

Performance is fine.
What are your system specs?

Do you not get traversal stutter in the overworld? What are your specs? And if you had that traversal stutter problem and fixed it, how did you do it.
Even this guy's PC gets microstutters when walking around the overworld. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyzMp7WRtRs

It's looks to me like that guy's playing on maxed out settings with zero problems. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Brief microshutters have always been a thing in Bethesda's open world games as the engine is constantly loading objects as you move around the world.

What if the people who say they aren't having issues just don't see the stutter lol. I can definitely see that guy stuttering badly in that video...

Not only that, there is not much they can do. UE5 looks pretty, but it is horrible for open world. It only has a small bubble around the player that is active, and has to keep loading stuff as you move. Running/fast movement can make it worse. Not only that, it gets memory overload with all the objects, which eventually leads to crashes. They also merged the old engine with the UE5 engine, so it's amazing it's running at all.
