Until we see it, it could be something as simple as fixing the spelling of an NPC that was changed from the original. I don't recommend people holding their breath.

Like the game seems to be, a patch could be just another experiment to see how easy it can be to change things with Virtuos' UE Plugin for Gamebryo.
