"Accident happen" quest

I remember this quest well, but in the remastered version, Baelin is sound asleep in bed from 8pm onwards and never goes near his chair under the fittings. Any ideas? TY

His script is bugged and you need him to reset. Usually zoning him works. IE punch him in the balls, run outside and yield, if he has a high dispo. If he doesn't, fortify personality or something. You'll probably still have to pay 40 gold for dickpunching.
