Lake rumare slaughterfish scales

i just finished quest and when i have to deliver 12 of those scales but i found more and those stuck in my inventory after finishing that quest. How to rid of them without using mod or console?

Will it let you make a potion out of them?

Edit: If that doesn't work, there IS a mod to toggle quest item status. Using mods doesn't disable achievements, btw, if that's why you're avoiding them. Using the console does. Although... there's a mod for that too.

Sadly no, it's not appears in list to be mixed, same if i try to eat them :( - it say's i cant.
Does that mod block to earn achievments ?

No, mods do not block achievements. Only using console commands does.
