Wayshrine map - Arkay shrine not there

The wayshrine map (from the prophet) shows the Arkay shrine somewhere around Brina inn. But there is *no* wayshrine in the area.
Is this map just junk? Where is the Arkay shrine?

The wayshrine is north of Brina Inn. Just keep traveling north and you will find it on a hilltop.

The shrines are a little hard to find sometimes, until you get used to it from one game to the next. Make sure you are working in daylight and look around from high places.

There's multiple of every shrine, the map isn't very accurate though.
Google a full map of all shrines and you'll find several Arkay shrines. Had to help a buddy with this. Make sure you've done all the shrines by inspecting the quest and counting them off. There should be 9 shrines.
