bug i think with my mouse

when aiming or attacking with any wep the mouse will like snapping or slow down and i think its called mouse snapping but nothing seems to be able to fix it

Oh yeah I have this bug when I sprint up stairs or hills. It makes my mouse slow down and automatically tilts the camera up slowly. Very annoying

is there any info on this issue bc holy hell is it annoying i also found in the first obv gate kvatch the bone spike traps that come from the ground if you aim with bow and slide up and down it does it every time
