Hatred's Soul after completing the main quest in Oblivion

Is there a way to get or did I miss out on it?

Unfortunately you can't, but it only has 1 more point of damage than a regular Daedric bow and you can make a custom enchantment that is better than what it has (level 19+ version only has 12 charges and requires 2 grand souls to recharge, can make a much cheaper custom enchant with a weakness + damage combo).

Nope. You can get it legit only via Chorrol Oblivion Gate. Or you can use console with player.additem command. But console disables achievements.

You can get multiple copies of it as well, the Chorrol Oblivion world happens to be a fixed "random world" but any world that has the Towers of Natural Disaster will have another copy of the weapon, so even if you got it at a lower level if you happen to load in to (or save scum) another copy of that random world you can get a better version.
