Lady of Paranoia Quest Bug
Anyone having trouble with the part where you watch the 2 NPCs meet in crucible but there is no speech prompt and cant continue the quest. (going back to a previous save file is not an option)

I always got it to trigger by standing above them by the short wall (fence?) You don't have to be stealthy or anything, though I always do for muh immersion.
