Bravil Wizard Grotto (duplicate?)

Help! I'm in the Bravil Wizard Grotto (Oblivion Remastered) and can't find the passageway to the Wizard Tower.

The following is what I did.

1. I am a 12 level thief, and have equipped the "Fin Gleam" helmet (water breathing, detect life etc).

2. I found the Bravil Wizard Grotto and explored thoroughly the underwater caves.

3. Kill all the nasty monsters. Including the Giant Slaughter fish. (No more interruptions.)

4. I searched the NORTH wall of the first part of the underwater cave and found a passageway in the center and near the bottom.

5. I entered the passageway where I found and killed the Giant Slaughter fish.

SO FAR, NO PROBLEMS!

6. The second cavern has a roof (stalactites) and no apparent exit upwards.

7. I found nothing on the north wall of the second underwater cave.

8. I found a passageway at the bottom of the west wall leading to a door to the Heartlands. (I tried there and it puts you at the bottom of the sea West of Bravil.

I've tried looking everywhere in the first and second caves and found nothing.

WHERE IS THE PASSAGEWAY LEADING TO THE WIZARD'S TOWER? Can you be explicit on where to look?
