The BEST Optimizer....Finally Found.

Ive been trying to get these optimizers to work on my system and the 2 main ones I tried were the Ultimate Tweaks and the Oblivion Optimizer and NEITHER stopped the stuttering. Im running 7600x paired with 7800XT with 32 DDR. Neither of those stopped the stutters.

I found this one: (Optimized Tweaks OBLR)

And i didnt have to mess with the .ini file or move anthing, I just used Votex to install it and BOOM! SMOOTHNESS!!!

Just my 2 cents. The other ones didnt work for me but that one did. Finally.....

They're all snake oil plecebos man. at this point without a patch if u dont have a 4090/3090/5090 with a 13/14900k and cant play on max settings its pretty much "f**k you, sorry about your luck! upgrade your PC!"
