What do you mean by 'it'? The devs? Or is that something I can do? I've never done such a thing, so I don't know. I'm willing to learn, though.
The equipment slot needs to add the equipment slot? Um...ok. Thanks anyway.

Along with Spears and Crossbows, it is one of the many things they could have added that would have made the game better.
There are no Gloves in game but there is Gauntlets, almost every armour set has Gauntlets and those that don't usually have bracers, they all use the same slot as the Wrist Irons. There is 5 Wrist Irons in the entire game, the only advantage of Wrist Irons is that they count as clothing and thus do not get damaged.
This is not Batman or any other Marvel / DC or Disney trash...
I did not know that. Still your wrist cuffs are rare. :)
So technically easy would be to add cloaks to preexisting or new armor types, instead of making a separate equipment slot.
Plus go google medieval cloaks.
Also this is a fantasy game, just like any other fantasy genre, use your imagination.
