Breaking the Seige of Kvatch bug
I'm trying to complete the question mentioned in the title however the NPC Savlian Matius won't move to enter the castle after clearing the road of enemies. If I approach him and talk all he says is "Charge the courtyard! Leave none of them standing"

Here's an picture of the problem. He won't enter or go further. Has anyone run into this? I've tried twice going back and reverting the save folder.

just keep going and finish off all monster and find the ring on the king guy that dead in the last room then deliver it to the guard. this bugs been there since the o.g. oblivion and was never fixed
