Anyone here actually pleased about the body type 1 and 2 at beginning

Finally a company is obviously actually understanding the importance of LGBT issues, and they've done it in a decent way, that doesn't interfere with you. And before people get mad, you can literally be a a lizard or khajit in this game, and this doesn't affect gameplay whatsover, it's just a nod that they stand with the LGBT community, which is common sense and deserves respect.

All the NPCs that refer to the players gender still use the male or female pronouns.
Its also still a binary choice.

Unfortunetly they couldn't change the voice lines but i'm sure they would change those outdated bigotry ways if possible. Perhaps we should suggest this in coming patches

would be nice if I didn't see posts about this every few hours. But I would prefer if they remaster a game that they preserve the game as it was. All that was needed was a graphics update nothing more. So what if it is called body type A and B, still a binary choice of male or female bodies on top of all the NPCs referring to the player as such.
