Report a translation problem
A number of bugs from the original version of the game still exist, including a memory leak that can corrupt save games and cause crashes.
For Game crashes try turning off auto saves, that worked for me when it came up with Fatal Crash errors at random. That was an issue I remember having back in the Skyrim days.
Unless you are a programmer and willing to go through files one by one there likely is no fixing it until they patch the game (if they ever do seeing as how the original version had the same problem).
And even then it will mean starting a new game after they patch it.
