Modded Skyrim might beat this

Few parts of Skyrim can in my opinion look better than Oblivion. Now imagine using ENB technology and texture mods in Oblivion in the future. That would be nuts.

Try Morrowloot Ultimate if you have not. Drastically enchanced the gameplay.

I disagre, ive played a lot of Skyrim using ENB. It can look good but not as good.
I've actually gone back and really modded Skyrim for the first time since I keep getting UE5 crashed on the remaster. It's amazing how great you can make it look.

Only if there was advanced texture mod for NPCs as well to fit in with the rest.

I've got Touched by Dibella, Men of Skyrim Refined, Pan's Witches and Hunters, and Beef Unending, which covers most of them. If you mean NPCs to include enemies I've got overhauls for the most common enemy types as well.
Why are you rating the games on how good the graphics are lol. They're story /rpg games.
That's not even a good graphical setup in the skyrim screenshot. Generally skyrim with a good setup looks overall better than this remaster. Not talking on a pure fidelity standpoint, ue5 is an obvious winner with modern graphical methods. I agree the potential for OBR can be insane, but that also depends on if it gets official mod support.

What do you mean about graphical setup? I'm curious. Currently I only have 60 hz monitor so this is the best I could make now. Will buy better monitor later and see if I can improve it further.
