Quest: a Wound in Time issue
So I am trying to start the mission "a Wound in Time" which is started by talking to the priest outside Kavatch, but i cant get the dialogue to start the quest even after exhausting all his other options. Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. Sometimes on some playthroughs i'll get the quest initiated, sometimes i won't. I have no idea what you need to do to get it to started.

There's a dialog option called "disappearances" That's the one that starts the quest. If it's not showing however, that I don't have an answer for. All I can say is perhaps save and exit, don't hit continue and load from the load menu. This seems to fix a lot of things apparently.

The issue is the dialog option never appears. You're supposed to be able to get the quest through asking random npcs for rumors too, but it won't appear there either.
