Hermitages of the Nine

I have the map that shows me the location of the 9 hermitages, I have already found 2 following the route on the map, now I am in Cheydinhal, outside there is a hermitage named "Akatosh Hermitage". According to the map of the hermitages, it is supposed to be in Bruma. Could it be a map error or a duplicate?
