Almost unplayable

I've looked around and seen other people having the same issues as me, and I want to believe a patch is coming but knowing Bethesda, there will likely never be one. I play on Series S and at about 170hr in, my game has begun crashing almost every time I move an item to my inventory, load a different zone, pause, or create potions. A really specific case was making a potion with boar meat when exactly 5 was in my inventory. Guaranteed crash when moving/using boar meat in any way except for eating. All of this on top of some uncompletable quests is turning me away from what otherwise would be my goty...
