vgk.sys error
The last few games I've purchased on steam which are all Ue5 games, Runescape, oblivion and another game I can't remember at this time. I keep getting Vgk.Sys error, which from what I've learned is an anti cheat software. How long do companies keep this annoying bug placed on there games? I really hate it when I spend 2grand on a brand new computere to play games like this and then get told that my 4070ti is as good as a 1660.

also why tf is steam releasing these kinds of games?
That's an odd one no one else has complained on here of any issues with Vgk.sys on this game.

What do you think it is about your system it reacts badly to?

I don't think Steam has any policy banning developers from deploying anti-cheat software so I'm guessing that why they allow it.
my assumption is that most complaints are from being irritated, assuming that it's a graphics things. It's on the blue screen shut down where you'll see the error pop up next to a QR code telling the reader to use this QR code when reaching out to pc repair.
I noticed that my cpu reaches 80+ degrees and red bars on the msi center client, so I've gone about and turned my fans up to negate the overheating conflict which helps allot. This seems to resolve the blue screen error but not the random Ue5 client shut downs. It might be just be Ue5 related.

This isn't Valorant forum, if you're getting an error related to their anti cheat, contact their support instead.
I did download valorant like 5 years ago. Found the anti cheat software in my documents folder. Wonder if that solves all my issues.
I read on another thread that the MSI client was causing crashes for at least a couple of players.

It sounds a lot more like something may be wrong with your hardware if it's happening on every new game you play.
