Best mod and settings for difficulty?
I know that there are like 2 mods for difficulty.
I need something to hurt when they hit me so I will play more careful but also when I hit them to hurt and not be HP sponges.
Which mod and settings u suggest?

Difficultly Sliders Fixed works great for me, different options to tailor more to your desired difficultly
