I'll never understand this phenomenon of people refusing to accept when a game has performance problems. Even Virtuos/Bethesda themselves have messaged Digital Foundry after their video saying that they're aware of the stuttering and are working on a solution.

Ill just say it, the hardware that is having the most difficulty with this game right now (that is considered top end, or high medium end) is the AMD RX 7600 series of cards, that ones that AMD and Bethesda likely lied about that was made specifically for starfield in mind. These cards are terrible. I have never had so many problems with a video card until I got to this one. I am not basing this on my own experience alone, there are many others who have the same card line that are having serious problem with this software though by RIGHTS we should be able to play the game on ultra (minus shadows and lighting) without a single frame drop.
4090 I9-11900k 64gb pcie4 3600 Corsair Vengeance@1440p no stutters synced at 60fps not using too much GPU or CPU power either, about 40% for each.

I see stutters a bit. No skooma in my house. It's not really that bad, but I am playing on medium settings. Getting ready to buy rocket propelled computer in six months.

Anyone saying they aren't seeing any stutter is either lying or is just not as susceptible to stutters. Digital Foundry have done extensive testing on high end hardware as well as all the console versions and the stutter is undeniable.

Not all stutter is created equal. I assume some have worse stutter than others.

I see very little stutter. Whether that is because of system config or my brain editing it out, I'm pretty happy either way. Same with ghosting I've seen others complaining about.

Spoken like someone who didn't play doom at 20fps in a tiny window on a 486.

Seriously the stutter I see is light and ocassional and over 35 years of gaming on PC I've ignored far worse.

I just think today's gamers are a little bit spoilt.
