Free Item Recharge (BUG)
Not sure if it's a bug with base game or my modlist but I am able to get free item rechargers from Ita Rienus in Bruma Mages Guild. It will list the cost, but if I recharge all, the price will not be deducted and my items still get recharged. Need to test with other NPC. Anybody else experienced this?
