No update seriously?
Seriously no performance update or bug fixes such as height being changed due to horses? Just silence?

"Where's the patch?" "When are they going to update?" Etc. have been asked hundreds of times, already. It seems like we get a new thread like this every hour, now.

Look, Bethesda is collecting bugfix data on their discord, but an official patch is going to take time. Yes, modders might be able to make a fix to a specific problem "in a matter of hours," but Bethesda has to do more than just make a single quick fix. They're going to batch up dozens of fixes at once, because that'll be faster for them, but it'll take them time.

To begin with, making the fix is probably the fastest part of the process. That's despite the fact this game is on a franken-engine cobbled together from two different engines built 20 years apart). Once the patch is made, it has to undergo testing (modders rarely have to do much testing beyond what effects the one area they're working on with the one computer they're building it on; Bethesda has to ensure that their bugfixes work with every other system in the game on as many possible computer configurations as they can put together. And while Bethesda has a... less-than-good reputation for playtesting, they use hundreds of playtesters and genuinely do attempt to do it right).

Then it has to go through compliance. That'll be the kicker for this remaster -- legal compliance and licensing will have to review EVERYTHING. Keep in mind that Bethesda has to ensure that any alterations they do to code must go through the policies, licenses, and copyright of several different companies (Gamebase for Gamebryo, Epic for UE5, Virtuos for the port, and Bethesda itself for the original coding). That's a lot of bureaucracy and other red tape they have to comply with in order for any patch to be pushed out into the public.

Me? Work there? Ha! I wish. No, I just work in another field (as a writer) where legal compliance and red tape slows EVERYTHING down. Things I finish in days can take months to get to press because of editors, legal compliance, etc. By far, the most "fun" things are when I have to submit something that MIGHT include material covered under an old government security clearance I once held; the government is the slowest of them all, and all they have to do is look and say "nope, nothing classified here."

They aren't entirely silent, just terrible at communication. The height bug is mentioned here, stating that it will be fixed.

You don't have to work at a place to understand what can be going on at the place.

The question is who is making the patch - Bethesda, Virtuos, or both. But Bethesda is not exactly fast. We saw that with Starfield.
One would assume its Bethesda support staff making the update.
No update comically.....

Well we know they intend to patch some specific issues beacuse support have said so. Patches can take time and we don't know exactly when.

Another thousand pointless threads like this won't make a difference.
I am trying to spread the good word of this mod haha yall should give it a read and see if it's for you: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/2637?tab=posts&BH=1
