Am I the only one who has never beat the main story?
I have about 40 hours into the remastered, and I have no idea how many hours I put into the original back in the day (it's a lot). But I have never once beaten the main story.

In the remaster, I have twice now gotten a character to lvl 24, gotten my build online and maxed out everything I cared about. Each time I thought I would then actually do the main story quests with that character but both times I immediately lost all motivation to do so.

simply make a character and only focus the main story then when you beat it, you can go back to your mains. thats what i usually do.
I think in my +1000 hours of Oblivion, I have beaten it only twice. xD

Which..... I should do more because I remember the Dragon Armor looking really cool.
Thats because its boring. Naturally you avoid it.

Since the dawn of this game releasing I always dropped marcus off and then went and did everything else before finishing the campaign.

Completed the main story? Outside of dropping off the Amulet of Kings, I've never even STARTED the main story. I've put over a thousand hours into this game on the XBox 360, and never even met Brother Martin. I'm thinking, now that I have the game in a playable format, again, I might do that one day, but it'll be a while before I get to him.
honestly, the most i've ever done of the main story is closing the gate at kvatch.

that's pretty much all i've done this time also >_>

It wasn't the best main quest, especially if you compare it to the previous two games Daggerfall and Morrowind. It can give you some decent rewards running through it. In general though I focus on the guild, side quests, and general exploring in Elder Scroll games.
