Understanding Madness bug

I just finished the quest "Understanding Madness," but when I try to turn it in, I don't get a dialogue option with the Mad God. Does anyone know a solution?

Thanks for your comment. I reviewed all the entries, and the only thing left for me to do is inform the mad god. However, the dialogue line doesn't appear. I found a solution using commands, but if I use it, I’ll lose the ability to earn achievements.
